Incyte: Insightful Appreciation: postcards

It’s rare for an appreciation thank-you card campaign to get thank you notes in return, but that’s what happened. Incyte wanted to provide their sales reps opportunities to stay top-of-mind with their HCP customers. These empathetic postcards not only initiated conversations, they received letters from nurses, hematologists and oncologists in return, saying how much they felt seen and appreciated.
